  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Return the items to our main warehouse via a tracked courier service or bring them directly to our local Smyth’s Homevalue storefront for an immediate inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
